Banana Breakfast Smoothie
A lot of the time, the best things in life are simple. Like this banana breakfast smoothie. It’s nothing fancy, it doesn’t take much – but it’s delicious, it fuels me for my morning, and it’s easy on my stomach. Those are good things! As most of you already know, we love smoothies around here. We usually have at least one, sometimes two a day. I like to include ingredients like flax seeds, coconut oil, spinach, kale, and anti-oxidant rich berries to boost their nutritious content. What are some of your favorite things to add in your smoothies?

I have a smoothie everyday for breakfast. This sounds delicious. I don’t typically use honey in mine. I love the idea of it though.
Kindred spirit + smoothie lover, I see!! I thought that after a few years of smoothies everyday I might grow tired, but it has yet to be the case! Glad you enjoy one everyday too 🙂
YUM. So simple. I just bought a small batch of this fancy Italian honey that I’ve been dying to try too. Thanks for this!
You’re welcome Jillian! Mmmm…fancy Italian honey makes me turn into Winnie the Pooh. I love honey 😉
Ah, I love banana smoothies! Simple is definitely best 😉
Glad you agree! I just made my little guy “raspberry sorbet” = frozen raspberry, a couple teaspoons of almond milk, pureed in food processor. He ate it all up!
Mmm, this delicious banana smoothie is too refreshing 😀
Cheers

I always make strawberry and apple smoothies, very boring, this has given me so many more ideas – thanks x
