Learn How to Make a Delicious Fish Curry
To make the fish curry, we started by sautéing the High Liner® Pan-Sear Selects® Traditional Haddock fillets in a non-stick fry pan. While they cooked, we made the curry sauce by frying onions, garlic, and ginger in a large pot and adding red curry paste, turmeric, crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, and vegetable broth. We let the sauce simmer while we finished cooking the fish, and soon it was ready to serve together.
The result was a fragrant and flavourful fish curry that paired wonderfully with warm naan bread. You can also serve the fish curry over rice to switch things up. And with the bonus of being made with High Liner® Pan-Sear Selects®, we knew we were getting a healthy, sustainable, and incredibly convenient meal.
Speaking of health benefits, High Liner® Pan-Sear Selects® are an excellent source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids essential for heart and brain health. They are also low in calories and fat, making them a perfect choice for anyone who enjoys a healthy and balanced diet.
