Rich, creamy, totally delicious and guilt free chocolatey goodness.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup canned, full fat coconut milk (1 can)
- 2–4 tablespoons raw cacao powder (depending how dark you like it)
- 1 Tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Pinch of coarse sea salt
- Berries, Caco Nibs, Nuts, or other yummy topping.
Instructions
- Open canned coconut milk and whip it using an electric mixer or beater.
- Add in cocoa, chia seeds and sea salt.
- Separate mix into two serving dishes.
- Refrigerate for 5 hours or more.
- A creamy (almost mousse-like) pudding will form.
- Enjoy cold out of the fridge as is or with favourite toppings.
Notes
- The second day, I had the second serving and it was quite thick, I added a little bit of almond milk and bananas…and oh.my.goodness!! You can also make this recipe using almond milk – it will be more light-weight, but equally delicious. Enjoy!
