Sunday Living 11.52
This week has been a lesson in time management and enjoying life even in the middle of chaos. There is beauty and amazement in each day!! My favourite things this week; tickling Aiden’s feet and hearing him squeal, getting air kisses from him, trying new recipes (orange coconut cake!),and dressing up Abigail in her collection of sweet baby clothing and taking ”outfit of the day” snaps of her on instagram…we have so much fun together; I can’t believe how much personality she has already!
I’m looking forward to the week ahead – I have an awesome jewelry giveaway that I know you guys will L O V E and a few fabulous simple recipes that I’ve been meaning to share. I hope you have had a wonderful St-Patrick’s weekend so far.
Today we are celebrating a very special person in my life – it’s my Mom’s birthday! She is the most amazing lady in this world, by far. Happy to be hosting a birthday brunch in her honour!
Wishing you a lovely Sunday.

Congrats to your mom and keep enjoying the weekend! 🙂
Thank you Tina, we enjoyed a lovely brunch and had fun celebrating her birthday 🙂 Hope you are having a great weekend with your family too!
happy birthday to your mom!! I’ve been loving the outfit a day photos 🙂 She is so cute!! Please share that cake recipe soon…sounds so delicious!!
Thank you!! She had a lovely birthday! She enjoyed the cake more than I did (that’s what matters!) I found it a bit boring, more of a tea cake…but she liked it. Here’s the recipe I used :: http://www.nourishingdays.com/2008/12/coconut-flour-orange-cake-with-coconut-oil-frosting-gfcf/ I’m glad you like the outfit posts, Abigail loves her change table at this stage, so why not? 😉
I always love your Sunday living posts, Emily! They are so sweet, simple, and just plain relaxing to look at. 🙂 Abigail is so cute and snuggleable, and I really like that shot of the cake and the tea towel. It kind of takes you back in time – love that!
That is such a compliment Erica – exactly what I’m going for! Chill out, relax, enjoy the small things. Loving your posts these days too, such great reads xo
I love to get update photos of your wonderful children. When I get them I show John so he can keep up to. Thanks so much for letting us in on how a family can enjoy each other. John and David are very lucky to have known each other in the navy. David had inspired John with Gods love and dedication to us, just by conversation Thank you so much David
Thank you for your sweet note Kathy, I will be sure to pass it along to David as well 🙂
